Precept Ministries operates in over 180 countries with some of the materials translated into 70 languages including Chinese, Hindi, Korean, Polish, Russian and Spanish.

Precept Ministries was founded in 1970 by missionaries Jack and Kay Arthur, who were forced to leave the mission field in Mexico due to illness. The ministry started by Kay teaching teenagers God’s Word. Soon adults began asking for the same practical teaching and helpful guidance that the teens were receiving.

In 2012 their son David was appointed CEO of Precept Ministries International based in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

In 2011 Nigel Watts was appointed Regional Director for Europe, which also includes Israel. Precept Ministries UK office supplies materials to English-speaking individuals and groups across Europe and further afield, and helps support the establishment of new offices in Europe, supplying materials in foreign languages as required.
